Driftwood is a tastefully furnished, contemporary property in Dartmouth, South Devon enjoying magnificent views of the estuary and out to sea. Large sliding patio doors from the modern kitchen diner open onto a wide balcony furnished with table and chairs, a perfect place for a leisurely lunch or evening sun-downer. The balcony adjoins the dual aspect sitting room where its difficult not to be mesmerised by the views, but those who can tear themselves away will find that the lounge is comprehensively equipped with TV, Blu Ray player with surround sound and WiFi. Driftwood has a huge master bedroom with ensuite shower room and patio doors that open onto a lower decked balcony running the width of the house. There are three further comfortable bedrooms, a family bathroom and cloakroom, off road parking and a garden. Dartmouth has much to offer the visitor, with a quayside that enables you to enjoy the spectacle and atmosphere of this busy boating Mecca with its proud naval traditions. Medieval buildings cluster around the quayside and provide a wide selection of restaurants, cafes, inns, boutique and curiosity shops. The beaches of the beautiful South Hams are a short drive away as is the English Riviera and Dartmoor National Park. Driftwood is a perfect, welcoming base from which to explore this beautiful part of Devon, summer or winter. Please Note: For those who suffer from allergies, the owners dog occasionally visits the property.
